ORDERS

Once your payment is complete you will receive your confirmation via email. You will find your order number, extra info and e-receipt in the email.

Please note this may go to your junk/spam.

Can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind about an order please email hello@saintvirgo.com and if we have not yet shipped your item we will process the cancellation and offer you a full refund.

It's important to let us know ASAP if you change your mind.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email containing the order number, you can use this and your email address to track your order on our track my order page

Exchanges

Currently, we only offer direct exchanges in size for the same product. If you would like to exchange your item for an entirely different product, you must first return your original item and place a new order.

Discounts & Credit

All credit and discount offers are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs, and are subject to our Terms & Conditions. Unless specifically stated, discounts cannot be combined, or applied consecutively to the same order; this includes any promotional or site-wide events such as Black Friday. Some exclusions may apply to selected products and collections, which will be stated clearly.Discount offers may only be applicable to specific items / collections, and cannot be extended to other product range.

Please note that discount codes cannot be replenished after a return is processed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that is believed to be fraudulent / an abuse of a discount code.

Bespoke items

Items that are hand finished or subject to a manual process that produces a bespoke garment are not eligible for returns or exchange. Discounts cannot be applied to these limited collection items, unless clearly stated, purely to benefit those behind these projects. All sales on these items are final.

Product Imagery

Please be aware that some colours of the products shown in the pictures in our store can differ from their actual colour, this is out of our control and due to garment dye batch runs. Some product images have been enhanced using our product image process, we cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

Please be sure to read all relevant information regarding site-wide events, as we cannot be held responsible if they are skipped.

If an item you want is out of stock please enter your email on the product page, you'll be automatically notified when it's back!

CARE

How do I look after my garments?

You can find the care label stitched the inside all items.

Every synthetic material is different, some of them very durable, others more sensitive.

Always read the care label thoroughly before treating any stains.

Avoid washing your clothes too often, stick to the old airing out instead.

The more you air out your clothes, the less you have to wash them. It’s better for the environment and better for your clothes as they get a longer, more beautiful life this way.

How to:

Simply hang your clothes outside or in the window for a couple of hours, and let the air freshen them up.

How we advise washing our garments:

-Always a full machine

-Wash your garments inside out

-Wash at 30c (never higher)

-Avoid tumble drying

-No fabric softener

-Go easy on the detergent

-Iron on low heat

-Always iron inside out

-Don’t iron on prints

-Wear your clothes more than once

The care label tells you how to best keep your favourites safe from harm, make sure you read it.

Higher temperatures don’t necessarily mean cleaner clothes.

How we advise to wash:

Avoid the really long cycles on your washing machine and always wash on low heat avoid anything over 30c

High temperatures can shrink fabrics like cotton and linen, and will cause natural dyes and prints to fade more quickly.
